At StoneArch Logistics, our Account Development Executives (ADEs) are the bridge between quoting and execution, focused on delivering proactive customer experiences and smooth operational handoffs. This role is designed for someone who thrives on hustle, detail, and customer interaction—without the cold calling. You’ll manage warm or lower-potential leads from the Sales team, ensuring top-tier service and communication while building long-term trust.
This is a high-volume, execution-focused role that blends sales instincts with operational precision. Account Development Executives typically manage 20–30 customer accounts, handle 20–25 active shipments per day, and work through 50+ quotes daily. Success comes from competitive energy, proactive follow-up, and adaptability—not passive order-taking. You must be willing to hustle, learn fast, and pivot quickly to match customer expectations in both relationship-driven and transactional environments.
